Azita An. Ghanizada (born in Afghanistan) is an Afghan American Actress in the United States. She has been featured in numerous television programs. She is an American actor from Afghanistan who was born in Kabul Afghanistan. After fleeing the country she was born in, her family moved into in the US. She was granted asylum and allowed to stay. She is the middle daughter of two siblings and was born within Northern Virginia. Ghanizada began her career in the world of television by appearing in a couple of National Commercials. Ghanizada's role in the Laura Neri 2004 film A Kiss on the Nose as Chiara received her a nomination for Best Actress in a festival. She's appeared in TV shows such as How I Met Your Mother and Entourage. Veronica Mars, The Wedding Bells NuMB3RS Bones Psych as well as Castle. She has also appeared in independent comedies You Only Better and Blood Shot 2009 as well as the action thriller of science fiction Blood Shot. Ghanizada started her acting career in 2008, when she joined the cast for the General Hospital spin-off General Hospital.
