Finch started playing softball when she was just five years old. She hails from La Mirada, California. Doug Finch, her father was her very first pitching instructor. Wounded warrior amputee softball (WWAST) is a group consisting of amputees who have a purpose to increase awareness and collect funds through exhibition games, celebrity softball teams and other events that highlight the courage and sacrifices made by our military personnel and the way they are able to overcome any challenge.
